Orders and Shipping
Once your order is placed and confirmed, it typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery within India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the items ordered. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Creating an account on LEDMART is simple. Click on the “Sign Up” button on the top right corner of our website. Fill in your personal details, including your email address, and create a password. Once completed, you can easily manage your orders, track shipments, and save your preferences.
To change your shipping address, log in to your LEDMART account and navigate to the “Account Settings” section. Click on “Manage Addresses” and update your shipping address. Make sure to save the changes. If your order has already been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request an address change.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website. Alternatively, log in to your LEDMART account, go to “Order History,” and click on the order you wish to track.
For your security, LEDMART does not store your credit card information on file. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway, and your payment details are encrypted and safeguarded.
Yes, LEDMART charges sales tax based on the applicable laws and regulations of the destination state within India. The exact amount of sales tax will be calculated during the checkout process.
LEDMART currently ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Depending on the size and availability of your order, items may be shipped in separate packages. You will be notified of any such arrangements, and each package will have its own tracking number for your convenience.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
LEDMART offers a hassle-free return policy for our customers within India. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to receive an authorization for the return and further instructions.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and details of the wrong item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible and provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with your order number. We will guide you through the process of returning the damaged item and send a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
Once you have contacted our customer support team and received authorization for the return, you will be provided with the return address and specific instructions on how to mail the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return transit.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer support team immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the shipping address for you. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address, and you may need to wait for the package to be returned to us before it can be reshipped.

Yes, LEDMART offers a pre-order option for certain sold-out items. If an item is available for pre-order, it will be indicated on the product page. Simply follow the instructions to place a pre-order, and we will notify you when the item is back in stock and ready to ship.
