1. Delivery Charges
To better serve our customers across India, LEDMart offers a fixed delivery fee of ₹500 per order for purchases below ₹10,000. For orders over ₹10,000, we provide free delivery through leading courier services. This fixed delivery fee ensures that you don’t have to worry about additional costs increasing with the weight of your package. Thus, the more you buy, the more you save on delivery!
We ensure high-quality service and timely delivery. To guarantee that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible (within 2-5 business days) and to address any after-sales issues promptly, we evaluate the real-time capacity and service status of major Indian courier companies to select the fastest and most reliable option for each delivery.
2. Handling Time
We generally have enough inventory to dispatch orders within 24 hours. However, for certain products, delivery may take 48-72 hours. In such cases, we will notify customers through email or phone. All products undergo multiple quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Additionally, we carefully package items to prevent any damage during transit.
During working days, major courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post collect packages from our warehouse daily, and you will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
Holiday Period: During major Indian holidays, delivery times may be delayed by 1-3 days. However, we strive to process orders even during these periods to ensure minimal disruption to our services.
3. Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time across India is 2-5 business days. However, delivery may take longer in special circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen events like lockdowns or strikes. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
4. GST and Customs Clearance
As per Indian laws and regulations, all products are shipped with applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) included. Customers are not required to pay any additional customs duties or charges within India. However, please ensure that all the information provided, including your GSTIN (if applicable for business customers), is accurate for smooth delivery.
5. Delivery Address
a. Address Changes: Please check your delivery address carefully before processing the order, as it cannot be changed once the order has been processed or dispatched.
b. Avoid PO Box Addresses: Please avoid using a PO Box as your delivery address; valuable packages may get lost or delayed.
c. Public or Work Addresses: If using a public or workplace address for delivery, ensure a designated person is available to receive the package and provide their contact number for seamless delivery.
d. Tracking Delays: If you do not receive your package within 7 days, contact the local courier service with your tracking code for status updates.
6. Additional Information
